Blogging is a very good way to make money online.  Yes, it’s very true. Thanks to those who have shared how much income they’ve been receiving by blogging.  

Blogging is one online business idea I’ve mentioned in Start an Online Business.  It is one online business that has become popular since it first started. Right now, the world-wide-web is full of blogs as part of company websites or personal web pages.  

Why people blog

According to Wikipedia, “the modern blog evolved from the online diary where people would keep a running account of their personal lives.” Gone are these days when it served just this purpose. Today, blogs are published for the following purposes:

1. Learn and showcase skills
2. Communicate to supporters
3. Promote products and services
4. Promote organization or company activities
5. Express opinions on issues
6. Increase the number of supporters or clients
7. Increase leads and sales
8. Make money (active and passive)

Again, according to Wikipedia, “For those who see the blog as an individual’s online diary, the blog may be dead. For those who see it as a marketing channel, the blog is alive and well.”

Indeed, the blog has evolved into something powerful for the marketing of businesses and promoting ideas.

There are two ways:  

1. To write for other bloggers, companies, or publishing sites.
2. To write on your website.
